, our Mobile Response & Patrol Officers are first on scene, night after night, protecting sites across

Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, and London

. If you're sharp, switched on, and ready to move, this role is for you.

Every shift is active. Every decision matters.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Responding

fast

to alarm activations and emergency call-outs Conducting high-visibility

vehicle and foot patrols

Locking down sites, securing void properties, and deterring/dealing with intruders Handling confrontations professionally and lawfully Completing clear, accurate incident reports that stand up to scrutiny Resetting security and fire alarm systems Making real-time decisions through

dynamic risk assessments

WHAT YOU'LL GET

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF

You hold a

valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence

(non-negotiable) You have a

manual driving licence

and can drive confidently (non-negotiable) You speak

clear, confident English

and can de-escalate face-to-face (non-negotiable) You turn up on time, switched on, and ready to work You're comfortable in your own ability to work independently making quick decisions You want

more than standing at a door for 12 hours

(Security or long-distance driving experience is a strong advantage.)

SHIFT PATTERN & DETAILS

4 days on / 4 days off

10-12 hour shifts

Overtime available

Full-time position
