The Role:

We are currently seeking Mobile Response Team Leaders and Mobile Response Security Officers to join our growing team across the Midlands.

This role is ideal for individuals with proven experience in the security industry, particularly in mobile response operations. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills in fast-paced or high-pressure environments Excellent communication and reporting abilities, with a professional and customer-focused approach
You will play a key part in maintaining site security, responding to alarms and incidents, and ensuring the safety of people, property, and assets across various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and effectively to alarm activations, incidents, and emergency callouts across multiple sites across the Midlands Conduct regular mobile patrols and site inspections to ensure premises are secure and compliant with assignment instructions Lock and unlock client sites according to schedule, ensuring buildings and assets are fully secured Complete accurate incident and patrol reports, logging all findings and actions taken Liaise professionally with clients, emergency services, and internal teams when required Identify and report any security breaches, hazards, or maintenance issues through the correct channels Ensure provided vehicles and company equipment are used responsibly and maintained to a high standard Maintain a high level of visibility and professionalism to deter unauthorised access and reassure clients and the public

Key Requirements:

Proven experience within the security industry, ideally in mobile response or similar dynamic roles Valid SIA Front Line Licence (Security Guarding, Door Supervision, or Close Protection) Valid First Aid at Work or FREC 3 qualification Full, clean UK driving licence (essential for mobile response roles) Up-to-date enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure High standards of personal presentation and professionalism Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
