K4 Security Group Services is seeking a dedicated and vigilant

Mobile Response & VPI Officer

to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves responding to security incidents and conducting regular inspections of vacant properties, ensuring they remain secure and free from unauthorized access.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile Patrols:

Conduct regular mobile patrols across designated sites, responding promptly to alarm activations and incidents.

Vacant Property Inspections (VPI):

Perform routine inspections of vacant properties, checking for signs of tampering, break-ins, or vandalism. Ensure properties are secure and report any anomalies.

Incident Response:

Respond swiftly to emergency calls and incidents, providing on-the-ground support and liaising with emergency services if necessary.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, inspections, and any incidents encountered. Provide timely reports to management and clients.

Customer Service:

Engage professionally with clients and members of the public, maintaining the highest standards of courtesy and respect.

Compliance:

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

SIA License: Not Required for VPI Role

Driving License:

A full UK driving license is essential.

Own Vehicle:

Must have access to a reliable vehicle for mobile patrol duties.

Availability:

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Experience:

Previous experience in security or property management is desirable but not necessary, as full training will be provided.
