Floral Street is a disruptive fragrance brand taking the world by storm.

We are a British, independent, and founder-led brand with sustainability at the heart of everything we do - from our ingredients to our packaging.

We are looking for a confident mobile Floral Street ambassador, known as a "Floralista", to join our team to grow our business in stores. It is an exciting full-time position for a fully flexible and energetic member to share the love of our clean, vegan, and sustainable Floral Street products to a wide customer base within in London, The Midlands and the South of England.

Duties

Achieve set targets and increase sales through events and proactive traffic stopping

To organise, manage and hold in store customer events in their region.

Proactive in hosting store events and consultations

Deliver outstanding standards of service and build a loyal customer base.

To complete monthly Region Reports for their area.

To support the store visual merchandising standards within their region and feedback any issues to HO.

To support training store staff within their region.

To take pride in your grooming and uniform, ensuring it is always clean and pressed.

Be timely, confident and professional, when hosting in-store, online and external and events

Ensure appropriate stock holding in their region, supporting orders when needed

Reporting daily and weekly sales to line management and a monthly report

Skills

- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Previous retail experience in beauty, clothing or catering.

- Previous experience in store management

- A love and knowledge for fragrance

- A can-do, positive attitude is essential!

- Clean driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.00-16.00 per hour
