Mobile Sales Professional
to join our expanding team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing clients, and delivering tailored mobile solutions to businesses of all sizes. Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking.
Consult with clients to understand their mobile needs and recommend appropriate voice, data, and device solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement and proposal to contract negotiation and post-sales onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Keep up to date with mobile industry trends, tariffs, and emerging technologies.
Accurately maintain records and activity in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up to date with the latest mobile technology, tariffs, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For:
Someone who's worked in sales or customer service before, ideally in telecoms, IT, or technology services with B2B sales experience.
Full UK driving licence (required), and willingness to travel to clients' sites when needed.
Ability to understand complex clients' requirements and offer tailored mobile and connectivity solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills with a clients-first approach, capable of developing long-term partnerships.
Comfortable discussing mobile technologies, SIM plans, mobile device management (MDM), 5G, VoIP.
Confident in leading sales discussions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing high-value deals.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
Knowledgeable in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with mobile network operators, wholesale connectivity, or enterprise telecoms services.
We Offer:
Competitive base salary 25k-35k PA, 100k OTE depending on experience
