Basingstoke Key Holder Services is a specialist local security company division of Property Security Group Limited, a small family-owned and family-run business.
Basingstoke Key Holder Services offer 24hr intruder alarm response to intruder and fire alarm activations, mobile security patrols in marked security vehicles, daily unlocking and locking services, temporary manned guarding for emergency situations and local keyholding services across Basingstoke and north Hampshire.
We now require a further mobile security officer to cover 12 hour shifts working on a 4 on - 4 off rotation.
Duties to include;
Lock and unlock of premises
Mobile patrol visits
Alarm activation attendance
Camera Monitoring
Answering the phone to clients and alarm receiving stations
Supervisory visits and welfare checks to sites
Completing digital incident/mobile reports
Covering manned guarding duties in case of emergencies
Candidates must have;
Good spoken and written English.
A current SIA Licence
A 5-year work/education history for security screening and vetting
A full, clean, UK Drivers Licence
Property Security Group will provide uniforms, a marked mobile patrol vehicle to carry out duties - and full training and induction to the role.
Further overtime opportunities might be available from time to time.
