Role Overview:

We are currently looking to recruit experienced Mobile Security Officers to work from our London office on an overnight 4 on, 4 off rota (21:00-07:00). This role is crucial to maintaining the safety and security of multiple client sites across London, and requires a proactive and reliable individual who can work independently while upholding the high standards of TMS Protection.

Key Responsibilities:

Locking and unlocking customer premises at scheduled times, ensuring each site is secure Conducting thorough mobile patrols of assigned sites, identifying and reporting any irregularities or security breaches Responding swiftly and appropriately to fire alarms, intruder alarms, and other emergency signals Performing welfare checks on fellow security officers to ensure their wellbeing and compliance during shifts Maintaining accurate and detailed logs and reports for each patrol and incident Liaising professionally and courteously with clients, visitors, and other stakeholders when on site

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience as a Mobile Security Officer or in a similar mobile security role is essential Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licence Full UK Manual Driving Licence, with applicants aged over 25 due to vehicle insurance requirements Ability to work overnight shifts on a 4 on, 4 off basis, including weekends and public holidays as required Excellent observation and communication skills Capability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations Strong sense of responsibility and reliability A positive "can-do" attitude aligning with TMS core values of respect, professionalism, and teamwork
