About the Role We are seeking a Operations support manager to deliver proactive, high-visibility security across multiple client sites. This role is critical to deterring incidents, ensuring site integrity, and providing rapid response to alarms. You will managing a team of drivers and delivering daily reports and financial evidence to service delivery with our customers. Conduct mobile security patrols (scheduled and random) across commercial and residential sites
Perform lock/unlock procedures, perimeter checks, and site inspections
Respond swiftly to alarm activations as the first-line mobile patrol responder
Complete detailed incident reports and maintain vehicle/radio logs
Act as a visible deterrent to unauthorised persons during mobile patrol routes
Liaise professionally with clients, emergency services, and internal teams
Manage mobile division employees
Financial and data input/ out put reports
This is predominately an office based role but involvement in the mobile is required
Essential Requirements
Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor/Security Guarding) - non-negotiable
Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
5-year checkable work history (HMRC documentation required)
Strong observational skills and ability to work independently
Excellent written/verbal communication
Experience within management and mobile
