Mobile Electrical Engineer - JLL Workplace Management

Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs the post holder, you will be expected to have extensive understanding of commercial building services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & associated assets). As an integrated member of JLL's workplace management engineering team, you will be responsible for effective inspection, operation and maintenance of all associated MEPH assets across the Pam portfolio properties, with a primary focus on building performance optimization, client satisfaction, and enhancing service delivery through effective technical engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilitieso Operate all MEPH systems within assigned Pam portfolio buildings in a competent and confident manner (including MV/LV Electrical isolations/operations), making recommendations for improvement and providing concise technical reports when required

Ensure specialist vendor service visits are completed efficiently, with quality of work inspected and recommendations communicated in-line with JLL processes and Pam client requirements Accurately complete all work orders using JLL's CAFM systems, including precise recording of critical spares/stock items used during tasks Attend weekly team meetings, monthly Pam portfolio reviews, and quarterly team meetings when scheduled Review and prepare SOPs and EOPs, participating proactively in relevant EOP scenario drills to ensure business continuity for Pam clients Actively participate in Health and Safety compliance activities, including Hazard/Near Miss Reporting and scheduled Toolbox Talks in accordance with JLL safety standards Maintain compliance with MEPH processes and procedures when undertaking work orders, ensuring risk management documentation is in place for all critical works Liaise with JLL's approved supply chain when ordering M&E components for remedial/corrective works, ensuring cost-effective solutions for Pam clients Attend nominated training courses as identified by JLL Workplace Management in line with agreed Training Matrix Undertake site-specific technical assessments and skills gap analysis at intervals defined by JLL management Take ownership of assigned areas within Pam portfolio properties, ensuring they are maintained to JLL's high presentation standards and client expectations Evaluate and escalate potential risks with assessment of impact, probable causes and mitigation opportunities to protect Pam client operations Complete Reactive, Planned & Corrective Work Orders in line with SFG20 standards ensuring asset reliability through excellent maintenance delivery Efficiently complete allocated CAFM Work Orders within agreed SLAs to maintain Pam client satisfaction

Experience and Qualificationso LV Authorised Person certification

Electrical Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification C&G Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent/exceeding qualifications 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (or 17th Edition with commitment to upgrade) C&G 2391 test and inspection; BS 7671 for inspection, testing and certification Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients Strong IT skills and report writing capabilities Ability to work under pressure whilst delivering quality service within time constraints High level of initiative with drive to continuously improve operations Smart, presentable, corporate appearance suitable for client-facing environments Understanding of customer needs and expectations in corporate environments Enthusiasm and pro-activity with willingness to participate in JLL's internal training programmes Integrity, honesty and punctuality aligned with JLL values
