We are currently looking for 2 new Specialist Team Cleaning Operative to join our highly skilled team based in Brixworth. This is where you would start your shift before being deployed to our ever growing portfolio of sites in one of our branded ISM vans.

Our highly qualified mobile team complete one-off specialist cleans nationwide. The jobs that our specialist team complete can include:

Use of specialist heavy duty ride on cleaning machines High level interior and exterior cleans utilising scissor lifts and cherry pickers (of which, our highest job to date has been 30 metres) Hot and Cold Pressure washing using top of the range kit Internal detail-oriented cleaning and maintenance of our client's warehouses Specialist yard maintenance, focusing on the intricate details Waste Management

Job Requirements

A full clean driving licence with access to your own transport (allowing you to get to and from our Head Office, company vehicles are provided from this point) (Maximum 3 points) Good understanding of English, both written and verbal A strong understand and appreciation for health and safety in everything you do Good communication and customer service skills, able to liaise and build relationships with our clients when on site Ability to identify future business opportunities and communicate customer requirements Ability to work in a team and individually IPAF trained, Basic machine maintenance skills, practical skills are desirable

The Important bit

You will have to be extremely flexible working. 48 hours per week over 4 days in 7. This can include nightshifts and occasionally weekends. You may be required to stay overnight on occasions in which accommodation is paid for a dinner/breakfast allowance provided.

You will:

Receive a full training programme to provide you with the skills to become an integral part of the ISM Specialist team. Be provided with fully branded ISM specialist division uniform and any required PPE Have the potential of career progression within a successful and growing company
