Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support our busy operations team within our designated area (North West). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our teams deliver exceptional service while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support team members across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements where necessary. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. Monitor inventory levels and assist in the ordering process to ensure adequate supplies are available for operations. Prepare reports on team performance, operational issues, and customer feedback for management review. Drive company vehicles as required to facilitate site visits and operational needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar position, preferably within the service industry. Strong driving skills with a UK, clean valid driving license - REQUIRED. Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently. A clean, valid Enhanced DBS is required
Hours of work are varied but will start from 6am - 9/10am then 2/3pm - 9pm depending on the site you are at. Monthly pay paid on 5th working day.
