Mobile Tyre Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Tyre Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and installation of tyres on a variety of vehicles. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Tyre Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles.

Duties

Inspect tyres for wear and damage, ensuring they meet safety standards. Driving to customer location to change the tyre on roadside. Remove and install tyres on various types of vehicles, including cars, vans, and light trucks. Perform wheel alignments and balancing to optimise vehicle performance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tyre maintenance. Keep the work area clean, organised, and safe at all times. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Tyre Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of tyre technology and vehicle systems. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. A valid driver's licence, able to drive a Van.
