Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Mobile Tyre Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves managing customer enquiries, booking jobs, and liaising with the Operations Manager and tyre fitters to ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong tyre knowledge, proven tyre sales experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and enquiries. Book in jobs accurately and efficiently, ensuring details are passed on to the operations team. Liaise with the Operations Manager and tyre fitters to coordinate daily schedules. Provide expert advice to customers on tyre options, suitability, and pricing. Upsell and cross-sell additional tyre products and services where appropriate. Maintain accurate records of sales and bookings using company systems. Build strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Work towards and achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a tyre shop, garage, or tyre sales environment. Strong knowledge of tyres, brands, sizes, and vehicle fitment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident in handling objections and closing sales. IT literate with experience using booking or CRM systems (desirable).
