Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experience cleaning supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients and staff.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning communal areas in flats and back yards Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored correctly. Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed within set timeframes. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is beneficial. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a clean environment.
