Mobility Sales Consultant

What You'll Be Doing



As the face of MLV Mobility, you'll build trust with our customers across the region. This is a dynamic role that blends autonomy on the road with community engagement and team support.

Consult & Advise:

Conduct thorough in-home assessments to understand a customer's unique mobility challenges and aspirations.

Demonstrate Solutions:

Provide expert, hands-on demonstrations of our product range (scooters, powered wheelchairs, etc.), guiding customers to the right choice.

Build Your Pipeline:

Proactively manage your territory, nurture leads (from our website, showroom, and your own activities), and manage your customer database in our CRM.

Be a Community Ambassador:

Represent MLV Mobility at local markets and community events, showcasing our solutions and connecting with potential customers.

Support the Team:

Provide occasional holiday cover in our Worksop showroom, assisting walk-in customers and handling enquiries.

Ensure Customer Success:

Manage the sales process from consultation to order, ensuring a smooth hand-off and excellent after-sales support.

This Role is for You If...



You have proven experience in a

field-based or direct sales (B2C) role

, with a track record of meeting targets. You are a

natural relationship-builder

--empathetic, patient, and able to build trust quickly. You have a

consultative sales mindset

, driven by finding the right solution, not just making a sale. You are a

self-starter

--highly organised, motivated, and comfortable managing your own diary and territory. You are a

confident communicator

, whether one-on-one in a home, at a busy event, or on the phone. Experience in the

mobility or healthcare sector

is a significant advantage, but a genuine desire to help people is paramount.

The Essentials:



A full, clean UK driving licence. Good IT skills (comfortable using a CRM, email, and processing orders digitally).

Circa 25,000 per annum.

Genuinely Uncapped Commission:
