We are now recruiting for a

Mobility Service and Preparation Assistant

to join our team.

You will be responsible for duties in connection with diagnosing, repairing, servicing and valeting a range of mobility products and equipment, subject to level of skill, experience and knowledge with appropriate supervision.

Hours of work are

Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

and the salary is

12.60 per hour + bonus.

The main duties of the role are:

To undertake supervised duties when mechanically repairing vehicles or associated activities ensuring that work is checked to provide customer satisfaction. Prep used Mobility equipment for sale, including valet, service and repairs as necessary. Take and upload pictures to various selling platforms. Liaise with traders to move the used trade stock as quickly and as profitably as possible. To ensure a consistently high level of customer care/satisfaction through the execution of your duties

To be effective in this role, you will have:

Strong communication skills. National 4/5 or Standard Grade Maths and English, or equivalent. Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
Previous experience with Electrics and Motor Mechanics would be advantageous but is not essential.
