Experience

Proven experience in a retail management role or similar position is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Proficiency in sales management techniques with a track record of achieving targets. Familiarity with phone etiquette when dealing with customer inquiries is advantageous. Experience in supervising teams, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
