Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. EMEA Moderation team is part of the GNE organization. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Roles & Responsibilities

Help build quality assessment processes and conduct quality assessment work by ensuring and evaluating the delivery quality of the global sellers, products and contents reviewed. Conduct root cause data analysis and provide key actions to improve processes. Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and platform. Enhance moderation policy and work closely with local operations and safety teams. Produce structural feedback, support and supervision, and act as a trusted point of contact for external stakeholders.

Qualifications



Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's degree, available for 4-5 days per week, for at least 3 months; Ability to digest large data sets/policies in a cohesive and actionable manner; Excellent coordination skills and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to build plans and projects; Proficient with office software such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiar with E-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness is preferred; Previous experience in project management, e-commerce safety and quality analysis is preferred.
