Modern Languages Intervention Assistant

Salary:

Grade 5 SCP 7 actual starting salary 7,212.79

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Language Assistant to support and provide assistance to our Modern Languages Department. The successful candidate will speak one of the three languages we offer at Downlands, to support French, German and Spanish across the ability range of our students.



You will need to be flexible and be able to work under pressure. Successful experience of working with young people is desirable.



The assistant will be required to provide one to one support in class for pupils when needed, as well as cultural insight into French/German/Spanish cultures.
