Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week)

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. You'll be part of a busy, friendly team where every day you make a real difference, helping customers navigate the ever-changing benefits system as a Money Advice Assistant.

What you'll be doing:

Helping customers claim the support they're entitled to for housing costs and understand their payment commitments. Giving basic money advice and guidance on benefits. Working closely with the Lettings team during sign-ups, focusing on financial wellbeing. Handling calls and managing cases using IT systems. Delivering accurate, customer-focused service that helps sustain tenancies.

What we're looking for:

Ideally, knowledge of Universal Credit and the benefits system. Strong IT skills Confident telephone communication and excellent customer service. Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure in a busy team. Experience managing a demanding workload and meeting deadlines.
