Working Hours: 35 Hours Per Week (This is a hybrid role; however, due to the nature of the position as a front-line service, the postholder will be expected to attend the office on most working days.)

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering resident-led services that are high in quality, value, and impact. You will:

• Lead and develop the Money Advice Team, recognising and rewarding good performance.
• Deliver a high-quality Money Advice Service of benefits and debt advice, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge, information and best practice.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to residents, including in sensitive and complex situations.
• Carry a small caseload, complete detailed case reviews, meeting the necessary standard requirements for welfare rights work and debt casework.
• Performance manage the work of individuals and the team, service monitoring, review and evaluation, taking action to ensure objectives are met.
• Use data and performance metrics to drive service delivery and accountability
• Contribute to strategic planning and service development aligned with Manchester's housing vision.
