Monitoring Surveying Associate

to join our dynamic team!

What You'll Do:



Lead monitoring and due diligence assignments with confidence. Prepare clear, actionable technical reports and presentations. Chair client meetings and build strong, lasting relationships. Manage teams, guide colleagues, and ensure projects remain profitable. Spot new opportunities and actively grow our business.

Who You Are


Proactive, commercially aware, and confident. You thrive on complex projects, enjoy leading others, and are ready to make your mark in a collaborative, high-performing consultancy.

Required Skills:



Strong educational background with excellent numeracy and literacy; degree-level or equivalent. MRICS or equivalent professional qualification preferred, or proven track record delivering at this level. Experience delivering a variety of Monitoring Surveying & Due Diligence commissions across diverse clients and projects. Solid understanding of design, procurement, and construction processes. Awareness of how projects contribute to wider business and strategic objectives. Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and professional in writing and verbally. Knowledge of industry best practice, trends, and wider sector developments, with an eye for innovation. Collaborative and inclusive approach; capable of building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
