Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that stimulate student interest and participation.
Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect, collaboration, and open communication.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to enhance educational opportunities for students.
Stay current with educational best practices and participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behaviour.
Qualifications
A recognised teaching qualification or degree in Education or a related field is essential.
Previous experience in a teaching or educational role is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and record keeping.
A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
