Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Montessori classroom Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting their development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Support the Nursery staff in delivering engaging activities and educational programmes
- Supervise children during playtime and mealtimes
- Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the Nursery
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and well-being
- Demonstrate leadership skills when required to manage small groups of children

Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children in a Nursery setting
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Qualifications in Childcare or Early Childhood Education are desirable
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring the safety and well-being of children

Pay: 12.50-13.42 per hour
