Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Delivery Manager to oversee our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a hands-on approach to managing delivery drivers and logistics.
Duties
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the delivery team, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Supervise delivery drivers, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during deliveries. Conduct regular training sessions for drivers on best practices in delivery and customer service.
Experience
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role within logistics or transportation. Previous experience as a Moped Rider in West, South West or North London. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and customers. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Projected Total Compensation: 31,000.00-40,000.00 per year
