Morning Care Team Member



Pay:

12.38 to 14.06 per hour, 25.185 to 28,598 FTE

We are looking for someone to work 7am to 11am Monday to Friday during Term Time Only, to help provide continuity and stability for up to 5 children aged 6 to 12 before school. Additional hours in school holidays are available if wanted but are not a requirement. This is a permanent position.

Willow Bank in Kendal is home to 5 children who attend Appletree School in Natland.

Appletree Treatment Centre is a 52-week specialist therapeutic centre with education for children aged 6-12 who have suffered trauma, abuse and neglect. We are proud to remain an independent, family company.

As a member of our Care Team you will be involved in the day-to-day care and support on the 'Rise' shift for our children.

You will need sound communication skills, patience and resilience. Relevant Level 3 qualification or willingness to work toward one. Previous experience of working with children is preferred, but not essential. Successful applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and a social media check Be able to provide satisfactory references Have a full UK driving licence.
