We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal Use specialized equipment for floor care such as buffing machines and polishers Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards Conduct detailed cleaning of windows, carpets, and upholstery as needed Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and upkeep Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe work environment Use cleaning chemicals and supplies responsibly and in accordance with safety guidelines Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions Support additional duties such as residential painting or industrial cleaning projects when required

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and procedures Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness standards Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Basic maintenance skills are a plus for handling minor repairs and upkeep
