Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a resrtaurant.

Monday - 1.5hrs start time 9am

Saturday - 1.5hrs start 9am

Sunday - 1.5hrs start 10am

A total of 4.5hrs per week.

There will be an opportunity of overtime and other work in york.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning in the front of house area of the restaurant. utilise appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure effective sanitation Empty bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste responsibly Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming as required Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll in designated areas Report any maintenance issues or health and safety hazards to management promptly Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes Good communication skills and a professional attitude Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including early mornings or evenings if required
