Summary

Monday to Friday 0500-0745

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at Fidelis Group. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various sites. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and safely. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic understanding of English for following instructions and communicating with staff.
