to join our team. You will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading goods, ensuring accurate handling, and maintaining a safe work environment. With some Office duties, for example, Manifesting paperwork using SAP system and reprinting paperwork when required.
The shift pattern for this role is :
Monday-Friday - 2.30am-10.30am
You will get a shift allowance of 5160 in addition to your yearly salary.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles in a timely and safe manner.
Ensure all items are handled carefully to prevent damage
Sort and allocate products according to delivery schedules.
Use lifting equipment where necessary and follow manual handling guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized loading area.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the Supervisor
Some Office work
Putting away materials that has been returned over night
Completing Morning Manifest paperwork and adding all delivery information onto share point
Completing daily OTIF spreadsheet
Re-printing delivery paperwork when required
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Load Planning and Securing:
Ability to plan the loading process, ensuring even weight distribution and secure placement of material to prevent movement during transit
Ability to lift and move items, potentially up to 20kg or more
Attention to Detail
:Ability to accurately read pick sheets
FLT / PPT Licence:
Preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills are required
