We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily operations. Duties
Processing mortgage and life cover applications
Communicating on the telephone, face-to-face, via Zoom and in writing/emailing with clients
Obtaining information and documents from clients
Liaising with underwriters, conveyancers, estate agents and accountants
Proactively progressing clients applications through until completion
Keeping up to date with financial services legislation
Prioritising workloads
Photocopying, scanning, drafting letters, dealing with incoming post
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Requirements
Previous experience or knowledge in financial services is advantageous but not essential
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in all tasks undertaken
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
