Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently while supporting the overall objectives of the organisation. The individual will want to make a career in financial services starting off as a Mortgage Administrator with the aim of working towards becoming a Mortgage Broker or Protection Advisor.

Duties



Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available. Liaise with lenders to make sure clients application to offer is as efficient as possible Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation for brokers Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring that all documents are organised and easily accessible. Support the broker team with running decision in principles and inputting Applications Assist with social media, help creating posts for brokers Contribute to the development of office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills



Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Basic maths skills for handling financial documentation accurately. Familiarity with financial services is advantageous but not mandatory. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all work produced. Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently when required.
