We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant & Customer Service Exec to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
You will work on a variety of tasks assisting with the running of a mortgage brokerage that specialising in helping first-time buyers and home movers to buy, refinance or invest in property.
Responsibilities:
maintain an in-depth understanding of the business in order to establish priorities and manage team expectations
coordinating team meetings, monthly adviser training sessions and relationships with external stake holders
managing our bespoke mortgage industry CRM database, and coordinating data in excel
checking, updating and ensuring our CRM database is up to date and correct
reviewing company social media accounts to ensure marketing is being implemented in a way that is onbrand and message
organising tasks and tracking progress within the CRM system
putting together financial information, sending invoices and chasing payments where appropriate / as requested
relationship management with directors, clients, advisers, team etc.
answering calls and handling queries,
manging "leads" and prospects submitted via website with the goal of booking an appointment in an adviser's diary
collating information and "client files" for checking by an external compliance auditor
handling all enquiries relating to telecoms, IT, HR, pension/payroll, and other technology used within the industry
planning, organising and arranging events, for the businesses
be a confidante and handle sensitive information confidentially
Look at creative ways to support the business and the director
The list of duties is not exhaustive, and flexibility is required in terms of what the PA may be required to undertake in order to deliver rounded support to the director.

Proven work experience as a personal assistant or administrator and in customer service
Systems experience/tech-savvy
