We are looking for a personable and adaptable individual join our team as a

Mortgage Administrator

.

In this role you would be responsible for ensuring effective management and progression of Andrews Mortgage and Protection cases, liaising with mortgage lenders and conveyancer's and keeping our clients updated with progress. This role is an integral and essential part in the success of Andrews Mortgage Services.

Key Responsibilities of the role:



To report to the Head of Andrews Mortgage & Protection Services. To utilise and comply with systems and procedures which are in place. Fully progress Mortgage and Protection cases in accordance with the defined process, including liaising within customers, advisers, lenders and solicitors. To support a group of Mortgage and Protection advisers, assisting them and our customers. To provide managing with information reports. Ensure that all administrator systems are kept up to date and are correct throughout all processes. To understand and practise Andrews operating standards, ensuring that fraud, complaints, data protection, quality sampling and treating customers fairly policies are adhered to at all times.

The Successful Candidate will have:



An ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Andrews Operating standards. Excellent record keeping characteristics and attention to detail. Excellent time management and diary planning capability. An up to date knowledge and understanding of Microsoft spreadsheet formula, and the ability to create MI reports. A can-do and problem-solving attitude to encourage an active team. The ability to demonstrate team player qualities by sharing knowledge and skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and the wider population within the group. Excellent organisational skills, and an eye for detail. Familiarity with the use of IT systems.

Please note, salary advertised is basic salary with OTE included
