We are a close-knit team of property professionals that values providing holistic, client-centred advice to all our clients. Our group of firms include the Mortgage and Protection brokerage, a commercial finance brokerage, an estate agency firms offers sales and lettings and the Landlord Hub specialising in investment and building services to Landlords and Property Investors.

We are seeking talented Administrators with excellent interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team in SL1 Buckinghamshire/ Berkshire borders.

The Role:



As an Administrator, you will:

Assist in processing mortgage applications from start to finish and you will complete any compliance tasks relating to the case to the satisfaction of the FCA. Confidently liaise with clients, solicitors and estate agents to ensure a smooth transaction by phone, face-to-face and email. Proactively identify and generate new lead opportunities for the adviser team Contacting & maintaining the existing database Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organisation's offerings.

What We're Looking For:



Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new CRM systems Ability to work well in a team Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities
A good work ethic who can work under pressure in a busy and challenging environment.

Experience of building rapport and interacting with clients effectively.
