An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage Administrator to join a long and well-established Mortgage Brokers based in Coleshill , easy access to M42 & M6 with parking
The role will typically include a range of mortgage administrative functions supporting the office ; checking applications, data entry, liaising with clients, lenders , third parties and solicitors via post, telephone and email.
ROLE
Perform various Mortgage Administrative tasks to support the office operations working at a fast pace .
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Liaise with lenders and providers on progress of mortgage applications.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to mortgages and protection
Request and upload all required documentation from the Client as required by the lender of provider.
Liaise with any 3rd parties involved in the process.
Update Advisers and Clients of progress on outstanding cases.
Upload relevant data on to CRM database.
Ensure all incoming/outgoing post is distributed and scanned.
Follow up on submitted business through to completion and on-risk status.
Call Handling
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels, ordering new supplies as needed
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls - assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in computerized systems
- Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
