We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team at Unique Mortgage & Life Solutions, in our St Annes Office. This role is vital in supporting our Mortgage Advisers ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes. Experience Required.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate administrative tasks related to cases.
Assist with client communication.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client information.
Collaborate with property professionals to ensure timely completion of documentation.
Handle inquiries from clients.
Contribute to maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficiency in basic financial calculations and office software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
