Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our client on a hybrid basis in Milton Keynes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience within mortgage administration.

Responsibilities:



Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations within the mortgage team
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assisting with general enquiries from clients or internal staff

Liaise with lender and Mortgage Consultants to ensure all documentation is handled promptly and in a compliant manner

Ensure all correspondence is entered onto the system

Experience:



- Previous experience in an administrative role within the financial services sector is desirable
- Proficiency in basic maths for handling financial documents and calculations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
