You will provide vital support to our Mortgage Advisors, ensuring the smooth progression of the application process while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting Mortgage Advisors with the preparation and submission of mortgage applications
Liaising with clients, banks, and solicitors to gather and verify necessary documentation
Managing and tracking the progress of mortgage applications, ensuring deadlines are met
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
Responding to client queries and providing updates on the status of their applications
Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Supporting the team with any other duties as required
Requirements:
Maths and English - Grade 4 and above
A genuine interest in starting a career in the mortgage and financial services industry
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
