We are seeking an experienced, proactive, organised, and confident administrator to support two experienced mortgage advisors for an established mortgage brokerage. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a good understanding of specialist lending.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and progress mortgage and protection cases from application through to completion
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and clients to ensure smooth processing of all deals
Prepare and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Keep systems and case files updated with key information and timelines
Proactively chase outstanding items to meet deadlines
Support advisors with client updates and pipeline management
Stay informed about lender criteria, product changes, and market trends
Help with packaging applications to meet each lender's requirements
Skills & Experience Required
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in mortgage administration
Confident communicator - both written and verbal
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Able to learn quickly and pick up new processes with minimal supervision
Strong organisational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a
small, fast-paced team environment
Knowledge of industry systems
