Location:

Northallerton, North Yorkshire

Hours:

Part Time - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm - Full Time can be considered - please advise if looking for a full time position when applying

Salary:

Circa 27,000 (pro rata)

We have over 40 years' experience in the industry and are looking for a friendly, professional, administrator to join our company.

As a Mortgage Administrator, you will work closely with our Mortgage & Protection Advisers, providing essential support, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

You'll liaise with clients, builder and mortgage lenders, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities



Providing administrative support to Mortgage & Protection Advisers.

Liaising with clients, builders and mortgage lenders.

Ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.

Managing and prioritising workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

What We're Looking For



Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word & Outlook. Experience within financial services, ideally with mortgage and/or protection knowledge. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. A proactive and confident approach to work, with a willingness to learn. A team player who thrives in a busy office environment.
