Nicholson Brown are a well-established mortgage and insurance brokerage who require an enthusiastic and self-driven Mortgage Administrator.

We are looking for someone who likes to use their own initiative, the ability to think independently, has meticulous attention to detail and enjoys proactively delivering superb customer service.

Salary is dependent upon experience and is likely to be in the region of 27,000 for the ideal candidate.

Key aspects of the role:

Acting as our front of house dealing with inbound calls and greeting clients. Submission of mortgage and insurance applications. Production of suitability reports. Responsible for the progression of mortgage and insurance applications through to completion, ensuring clients receive regular updates and clear communication throughout. Liaising with lenders, solicitors and estate agents. Accurate record keeping. Sourcing suitable mortgage options. Researching protection insurance quotations.
The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 1 year's mortgage administration experience. Proven organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a thorough attention to detail. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team. Excellent written and oral communication skills is essential. CeMap qualification is advantageous. Ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
Experience in the financial services industry is essential for this role, preferably with mortgages and insurance, along with a positive attitude and the ability to fit in with our friendly and supportive team.

Pay: Up to 27,000.00 per year
