We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organisation, ensuring that administrative tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. This position is essential for maintaining a smooth workflow and providing excellent service to both our clients.
Duties
:
Processing mortgage and protection applications from submission to completion
Managing client files, data entry, and maintaining accurate CRM records
Chasing clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progress of each case
Packaging cases efficiently and preparing supporting documents for underwriters
Liaising with clients to collect necessary information and provide updates throughout the process
Providing full administrative support to two experienced mortgage brokers, ensuring deadlines are met and service standards remain high
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial services is advantageous.
Basic math skills are essential for handling financial transactions accurately.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
