Mortgage Administrator



Location: Hybrid working (at least one day a week in our Southsea office)
Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 (DOE)

From the moment you start working with your client to the day they get the keys, and in the future when you're working with your client again, you'll be in the middle of it all... working with the clients directly, liaising with mortgage lenders, solicitors, insurers, and the mortgage advisers, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

This is a role with real variety too, every day is different. Yes, you'll manage the administration and processing of mortgage and protection applications, but you'll also:

Build strong relationships with our clients, guiding them through the entire process. Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and insurers to get applications over the line. Take ownership of Buildings & Contents sales, helping protect clients' homes. Keep our systems updated, our pipeline tight, and our business moving forward. Nurture our clients through the process to keep them on-board for the future.

What you bring:



2-3 years mortgage or financial services admin experience. Sharp attention to detail, the kind where you spot mistakes others miss. Organised, methodical, task driven, proactive, and always one step ahead. A confident communicator who's comfortable on the phone and email. A positive, can-do attitude and the drive to learn and grow. A team mentality where you are always looking for ways to help other.
