The Role



As an

Executive Mortgage Assistant

, you'll be responsible for supporting our brokers and managing mortgage applications from start to finish.
You'll ensure a smooth and compliant process while keeping clients updated and confident throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities include:



Managing a pipeline of mortgage and protection applications

Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents

Preparing and submitting mortgage documentation accurately

Providing regular updates to clients and the wider team

Supporting brokers with administration and compliance tasks

Staying up to date with financial regulations and best practices

Requirements:



Minimum

18 months' experience

in financial or mortgage administration

Experience with preparing, submitting and progressing personal insurance applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
