We are looking for a responsible mortgage administration & Customer Service Exec to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
You will work on a variety of tasks assisting with the running of a mortgage brokerage that specialising in helping self-employed people to buy, refinance or invest in property.
Responsibilities:
maintain an in-depth understanding of the business in order to establish priorities and manage team expectations
managing our bespoke mortgage industry CRM database, and coordinating data
checking, updating and ensuring our CRM database is up to date and correct
helping to manage deadlines/ideas with the marketing team
organising tasks and tracking progress
putting together financial information, sending invoices and chasing payments where appropriate / as requested
relationship management with directors, clients, advisers, team etc.
answering calls and handling queries,
manging "leads" and prospects submitted via website with the goal of booking an appointment in an advisers diary
collating information and "client files"
be a confidante and handle sensitive information confidentially
The list of duties is not exhaustive, and flexibility is required in terms of what the mortgage administrator may be required to undertake in order to deliver rounded support to the broker.
