We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organisation, particularly within the financial services sector. This position requires proficiency in basic math and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to financial transactions and services.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Support the finance team with data entry and reconciliation tasks as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold confidentiality and security protocols regarding sensitive information.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong proficiency in basic mathematics to assist with financial calculations.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work produced.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software applications.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
