The opportunity




As a Mortgage Adviser working with Financial Planning Solutions, you will be working as part of a close-knit team, providing exceptional service to clients and giving advice across mortgages and protection. Managing incoming enquiries, working with existing clients and growing your own client bank, you will have all the tools to take your first step into self-employment and shape your own future.



You will have the benefit of working closely with the firms Practice Principle who has some 40 years' experience in the industry. Working to support the servicing of a large client bank, you will support with any remortgage needs as well as bringing on new clients.



This is a self employed, flexible hybrid role, based in the firm's office in Acocks Green, Birmingham.

Competitive commission-based structure with 70% commission split on self-generated leads and 50% where leads are provided. No monthly fees. Some leads provided to help you build your business. This is a self-employed opportunity with a well-established and well-known firm in the area, with 3 months retainer to help get you started. Opportunities for growth, including potential business buyout options further down the line.

Your responsibilities will include:




Provide expert advice and make recommendations on mortgages and protection products. Manage cases through from enquiry to completion. Stay current with industry trends and regulations through ongoing CPD.

What will you need to succeed?



CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential. Proven experience in providing mortgage advice. Strong communication skills with a client focus.
