Mortgage Adviser Assistant

Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing team in the mortgage industry? We are a leading Mortgage Brokerage specializing in new-build properties, and we're looking for a dedicated Mortgage Adviser Support to join our expanding office-based team.

About Us:

We collaborate with national and regional house builders across the country, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads for our team. As a Mortgage Adviser Support, you'll play a crucial role by working closely with our experienced Mortgage Advisers--the first point of contact for prospective clients--ensuring they receive a professional and seamless experience throughout their home-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with lender credit checks and managing the initial stages of the mortgage process. Setting up clients on our internal CRM system and organizing essential documents. Submitting mortgage applications to lenders on behalf of clients. Handling and directing incoming calls to the appropriate teams.

A positive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues. A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and composed under pressure. Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time, office-based position. You'll be required to work five days a week, including every other Saturday or Sunday on a rota schedule.
