We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Advisor to join our reputable financial services team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in guiding residential clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice, and helping them secure suitable financial solutions.

Responsibilities
Assess clients' financial situations to determine suitable mortgage options
Provide clear, professional advice on mortgage products, interest rates, and repayment plans
Assist clients in completing mortgage applications accurately and efficiently
Liaise with lenders, estate agents, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions
Keep up-to-date with current market trends, lending criteria, and regulatory requirements
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies
Support clients throughout the entire mortgage process from initial consultation to completion
Requirements
Previous experience or background in financial services is desirable;
Holds a CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification;
Has a minimum of 1 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser or Broker
Demonstrates strong understanding of lender criteria and market trends
Communicates clearly and builds trust with clients
Is self-motivated, organised, and able to manage their own pipeline
Strong understanding of basic maths to accurately evaluate financial data and calculations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to client interactions
Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously
A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in property finance and customer service excellence
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
